Cross Country Training
Room 6 have been training for Cross Country, which is taking place in week 6. We run as many laps of the field as we can, in a 10 minute time limit. In Cross Country we are going to run 2 kilometres of a paddock. Some of us have managed to run 10 or 11 laps around the field. We have been training hard, also learning some techniques to help us breathe during and afterwards our run.
